Greenway Annual Academy Award Contest
Executive Committee
Committee members are seated for life time appointments and may only be removed from the committee via
Unanimous vote of the other committee members

Executive Committee members are responsible for amending and maintaining the Rules and Scoring system of the Contest
Rule changes/additions:
New rules are made official when a majority of Executive Committee members approve the proposed change (2/3's)
Qualified Entries - Must meet both requirements
Family Requirement - Entrant must either be:
A direct descendant of the original three contest members: Don Potter, Dan Potter, John Bedard..... or
Related by marriage to a direct descendant of the original three contest members
Common Law Marriage Rule: If a person has been involved in a relationship with an eligible participant for over five years, and is domiciled at the same address as the participant, they will be eligible for entry
Age Requirement
Must be of double digit age (10+) on the date of the Academy Award contest
Ballot Submission
A legal ballot must be submitted via this website 15 minutes before the official start time of the Annual Academy Awards Contest
Submission time will be recorded via the form submission time stamp. Late submissions will NOT be accepted unless the majority of the executive committee find the circumstances to be genuinely exceptional.

Note: Categories are listed in order of their tie-breaker ranking.
Gender specific acting categories, (marked with an *) rotate their rankings annually, resulting in male acting categories being of higher rank in even numbered years and female categories being of higher ranking in odd numbered years.
